Our Policies

Please review the following policies before your appointment. We want to ensure the best experience for you and your pet.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as our groomer has reserved time specifically for your pet.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of your pet and our groomer, we require that all pets be current on their rabies vaccination.

Pet Behavior & Safety

Your pet's safety is our top priority. If your pet has any known behavioral issues — such as biting, extreme anxiety, or aggression — please let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly. In rare cases where a pet poses a safety risk, we may need to stop the grooming session early. You will be notified immediately, and charges will be adjusted to reflect the services completed.

Matted Coats

Severely matted coats can cause discomfort and skin issues for your pet. If your pet's coat is matted, we may recommend a shave-down for their comfort and health. Additional charges may apply for extensive dematting. We'll always discuss options with you before proceeding.

Fleas & Parasites

If fleas or other parasites are discovered during grooming, a flea bath treatment will be administered. An additional fee will apply. We recommend keeping your pet on a regular flea and tick prevention program.

Payment

Payment is collected once grooming is completed. We accept cash, check, and card payments. Please note card payments have a processing fee of 3.7%.
