How does mobile grooming work?
We come to you! Our fully equipped mobile grooming van parks right in your driveway. It has its own power, hot water, and climate control — everything needed for a full grooming session. Your pet is groomed one-on-one with no other animals present, so they get our complete attention from start to finish.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Richmond Hill, Savannah, Pooler, Midway, and surrounding areas in coastal Georgia. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, give us a call and we'll let you know!
How do I book an appointment?
Just give us a call or text at 912-445-1422. We're available 7 days a week, 9am–4pm. Let us know your preferred date and time, your pet's breed and size, and the services you'd like.
What if my pet is aggressive or anxious?
Mobile grooming is actually one of the best options for anxious or reactive pets — there are no other animals around, no loud salon noises, and your pet stays in familiar surroundings. Please let us know about any behavioral concerns when you book so we can take extra care. Some pets need a little extra time and care. In those cases, a special handling fee may apply to ensure we can give them the attention they need.
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes, for the safety of your pet and our groomer, we require a current rabies vaccination. See our full policies for more details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is collected after the grooming is complete. We accept cash, check, and card payments. Please note card payments have a processing fee of 3.7%.
How long does a grooming session take?
A typical grooming session takes about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size of your pet, breed, coat condition, and the services requested. Since we provide one-on-one attention, your pet is never left waiting in a kennel.
Do you groom cats?
Yes! We offer specialized cat grooming services including baths, lion cuts, deshed treatments, nail trims, and ear cleaning. Check out our cat grooming prices for details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change! We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time slot to another pet parent. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. See our policies page for full details.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
Our van is fully self-contained with its own power and hot water system. No water or electrical hookup is needed.
